We’re Here So You Can Focus on Care, Not Paperwork”
Why Fetch Files Exists
We’ve seen firsthand how stressful and overwhelming it can be to chase down records at the worst possible time. Whether it’s an ER visit in the middle of the night, dropping your pet off for boarding, filing an insurance claim, or even just scheduling routine vaccines — you’re often left making frantic phone calls, waiting on hold, or begging your vet’s office to send the right paperwork.
That’s why we built Fetch Files. No more panic, no more wasted time, and no more feeling powerless when your pet needs you most. With Fetch Files, your pet’s full medical history is already in your hands — organized, secure, and ready to share whenever and wherever you need it.
Your Questions, Answered
Is my data private?
Yes. Your pet’s records are stored in an encrypted, secure cloud vault. We will never sell, rent, or share your information without your consent.
Who owns my pet’s records?
You do. Veterinary licensing laws require full record release to pet owners. Fetch Files makes sure you always have it at your fingertips.
Can I download or share my records anytime?
Absolutely. Fetch Files is designed for your convenience. You can download your records or share them with vets, groomers, boarding facilities, or insurance providers whenever you need.
How secure is Fetch Files?
We use bank-level encryption and secure cloud hosting to protect every file. Think of it as your pet’s digital vault.
What happens if I cancel my account?
You can download your pet’s full history before canceling. We’ll never hold your data hostage.
Will my veterinarian accept records from Fetch Files?
Yes. Fetch Files provides your pet’s complete medical history (SOAP notes, diagnoses, lab results, vaccines, prescriptions) in the same format veterinary teams already use. Clinics are required by state law to release and accept medical records upon an owner’s request, so your Fetch Files records are always valid and shareable.
🐾 A Note from Our Founder
"I created Fetch Files after years of working in the veterinary field and seeing how stressful it can be for pet parents to chase down records when they need them most. Whether it’s an emergency visit, boarding, or just filing an insurance claim, I watched owners feel powerless while waiting for paperwork that should have been theirs all along.
Fetch Files was built to change that. Our mission is simple: to give every pet parent the peace of mind that their pet’s complete medical history is safe, accessible, and always in their hands. Because you deserve control, clarity, and confidence when it comes to your pet’s care."
